My name is Anastasia, I live in Moscow Russia. I have a car BMW E36 1991 release. I wanted to order through an authorized dealer set of rubber floor mats. Came the reply from the dealer that the item is out of production and there is no alternative. I appealed to the Russian representative BMW Group with a request to solve my question. I got a 2 part numbers available for order. Both sets of mats made of velor. Weather in Russia does not allow permanent use Velour interior mats. I really want to buy a set of rubber saloon mats for my car.
It is now very difficult to order original accessories for my BMW E36. Many details have long removed from production and there is no alternative. There are no parts authorized dealers available in stock and have a very long wait for the order.
May 15, 2014 you did annual appeal at the Annual General Meeting of BMW AG. I watched this appeal. You said that BMW is working for their customers. At the same time, you forget about the whole BMW model, which also left the assembly line of the Bavarian concern.
On Web sites, and official BMW dealers have no information on the original accessories and parts for BMW E36. Authorised dealers refuse to service cars BMW E36. Currently, the Group BMW is only interested in the sale of new cars and getting great profits. You have deprived BMW E36 right to the original accessories and official service. Our machines are now 20+ years old, they bring glory to BMW concern that still bring pleasure to their owners.
I understand that progress is not in place. Tell me, what do old BMW owners? Are they worthy of original accessories and quality service at authorized dealers?
BMW AG is the highest court in which I can go for help. Our cars are undeservedly forgotten. Restore the original production of parts and accessories for BMW E36 even in small quantities.
I promised my original BMW rubber floor mats. If possible I would buy 2 sets.
